let me give some harsh critical feedback: ur moderation skills are honestly so poor, i cant even begin to describe how bad it is. i was just in a discord server watching an argumnt unfold, my literal OP (who wants to stay anonymous) said:

"if i could speak to sigma and suggest something
make it so when mods ban someone
they can attach a message as to why you got banned"

i cant help but heavily agree with him.
zeke, you really need to set proper boundaries of what is a ban, and what isnt. because some people genuinely get banned for breathing in the wrong direction, while others can get away with things that are also 'bannable' with your standards.
lets say for instance, i posted a picture of my pube because i lost a bet. i get banned for 1 month. okay, sure, fair enough. but the thing is, i did the exact same thing like a month earlier and you just let it slide (the post is still not deleted till this day)?? you say im pushing boundaries, which i am sometimes, but how am i (and vlr as a whole) supposed to know what is right and wrong in your sense, when you're doing the most stupid bans ever?
oh i will be expecting a 1month ban and this post being removed as soon as you hop on vlr! thankyou very much!! its not like this will be the first time you've banned me for calling out your bad moderation skills!

i get the entire point of the post is that you think that the moderation team is inconsistent in how they handle bans (which may be true), but also the fact that you're starting out the post with "you suck so much at moderating i don't even know where to begin to give feedback" is such an outlandish starting statement that you're literally asking for the perma atp

I think it's a bit overkill for vlr to list every reasonably inappropriate topic?

like they've pinned No Politics/Religion since we're so international,

then no doxxing because it's the internet, then no alts because thats annoying and in bad faith, then no anti lgbtq+ especially regarding GC and dev team

just be reasonable... look through your stuff after the ban and it shouldnt be too hard to decide where to ease off the gas. most of your posts look like normal replies anyway

I mean there is a forum rules page that does specifically outline the rules, its just that most VLR users won't take the time to look at it. Like obviously posting your pubes would fall under NSFW content and most likely also Inflammatory content.
