stop relying on google and think about it ...we see reflection of images on our eyes every moment in time....we do no perceive as digital cameras who take quick imagines and save them we are getting information down to every microsecond ......don't trust the google answer saying under 100 or something...

if yes, as pros suggested, lock it 10fps more than your monitor refresh rate.
