so i got a 320hz monitor and my game is only running 280constant i get sometimes 300-340 but its not constant, should i lower the hz
I want to specific i want the least amount of input delay since i am playing only for rank

There's not really a point because your monitor having more hz than your pc can consistently achieve doesn't increase input delay
