"LFT in all regions. I am most confident playing the Sentinel role, but I am also comfortable playing other roles," Foxy9 said. "I really want to win. Desperate to play."

Foxy9 made his professional debut in 2021, playing in Korea and Japan for squads like World Game Star World Game Star Korea Rank #25 Wenty Yang Geon-mo (양건모) YUNSEUNG and REIGNITE REIGNITE Inactive before joining Kiwoom DRX Kiwoom DRX Korea Rank #3 Hermes Ahn Byeong-wook (안병욱) yong Kim Ho-yong (김호용) MaKo Kim Myeong-gwan (김명관) free1ng No Ha-jun (노하준) HYUNMIN Song Hyun-min (송현민) BeYN Kang Ha-bin (강하빈) at the end of the 2022 season. Foxy9, who competed for the fifth spot in DRX's on-stage roster against veteran Zest , was benched two games into DRX's Masters Tokyo campaign, and did not play at Champions Los Angeles. He stayed with DRX in 2024, playing a flex role for the squad that year, but was best known for his lockdown ability on the Sentinel role.

At the end of the 2024 season, Foxy9 joined Gen.G as part of a large-scale rebuild that saw the team scramble to replace Masters Shanghai winners Meteor and Lakia . As Gen.G navigated an up-and-down 2025 season, Foxy9 was a mainstay in the squad, helping the team achieve a 5th-6th finish at Masters Toronto. Once the season ended, Gen.G moved Foxy9 to the bench, signing former DRX Academy DRX Academy Korea Rank #19 Kyra Park Jae-young (박재영) apeX Lee Chan-min (이찬민) XoNs Athan Na Ha-jun (나하준) player ZynX to play the secondary Duelist and secondary Controller positions. With Lakia, an Initiator player, assuming IGL duties, a shift of roles saw Karon move into the Sentinel role and Ash into the Controller role at Kickoff, seemingly burying Foxy9 in the depth chart.

Gen.G, after going 1-3 at Kickoff, reintroduced Foxy9 into the starting lineup as a Controller in its first game of Stage 1, but quickly brought back Ash, parting ways with Foxy9 just under three weeks later.
