I need G2, NRG, FURIA, and all the other semi-decent Americas teams to get together and VOD review all the games the region played vs PRX. WE CANNOT BEAT THIS MF TEAM. Props to the PRX players and no hate to other regions, but I am tired of the region getting sat down and spanked by this team that aggros every single stimuli. I want all the Americas coaches in a 2 week long "How to beat PRX" boot camp. It isn't even so much that Americas lose every time, it is that they play awful and have no chance of really winning. Once again no hate to PRX your team did really good and earned the spot and if Americas can't beat the best they won't ever be the best. Anyway I'll start the laugh thread

man, this is just because of the playstyle of americas teams going to internationals

G2 is a fraud, their vetoes are awful, and they shit themselves every time they face PRX, they all forget how to play

NRG is playing the old meta, and for them to beat PRX in a bo5 is really hard

call me dumb, but i think a team like 100T would do better against PRX than G2 and NRG

I just want our region to have any sort of answer for the way PRX plays. Seems like half the battle is like G2 just shitting themselves before the game starts and the other half is tilting to PRX hero plays in the game. Also just in general the team coordination that is usually Americas strength was really lacking this tournament, like how many times did they feed PRX a highlight clip by peeking the same guy 1 at a time? I honestly lost count

G2 tilted and shit themselves, and NRG also tilted today and banged their heads, this kind of scenario is the same as when they play against G2 in americas, they don’t respect the opponent’s playstyle and start tilting and making dumb decisions

sacy for example back in sentinels never lost to PRX ‘cause he used logic and knew exactly how to play against them, faced them 3 times and won, if you tilt against a team like that, you’re done, they’ll steamroll you

but today there was also an aim gap, mechanically all 5 of PRX are better than NRG, and the meta favors them too, we need a team like that in americas, leviatan could be that team but onur is a fraud and wants the team to play slow even though they have 5 elite shooters

yeah, they’re less dumb, but some fundamentals still exist

PRX on anti-eco always stacks the map sides, and what did valyn decide to do on corrode even after playing like a hundred times against PRX? stack the side too, and they got crushed, it’s just using logic, PRX has patterns they’ve been using FOR AGES

100T was still in the phase of figuring out the meta, and at any moment we might see them going with two duelists, at least they abused chamber with Cryo, something NRG doesn’t do either

NRG knows they’re off-meta, but they decided on their own to stick to their playstyle

They will play double duelist again with Timo on Waylay and Asuna on Neon. I think in kickoff they were trying solo duelist waylay meta which was pretty decent tho, but in stage 1 i bet they are playing more double duelist. Nbs and d00mbr0s are great coach tho

Yeah NRG just omega tilted the last 3 maps. It seemed like the mood picked up a little on Breeze but they were still going for risky hero plays IMO. Also Ethan is either a 4k machine or a walking ult orb with zero in-between. His stats are pretty decent but also Keiko's decision making in some of these rounds just tilted me.

so upsetting to watch those 3 maps in a row. NRG during/after that nongshim game just looked scattered, aim was off, and we were playing like we were afraid in a lot of moments. hopefully some of the issues get fixed between now and stage 1

Ange1 and Boaster are the only ppl who can have PRX be their dogs

Boaster needs a fair game (no 2 map ban advantage for PRX)
Ange1 wins no matter what
