Rob Moore is a terrible owner for airing out the information the way he did. For those SENstans saying he is being transparent, where in that whole stream did he take accountability? He just loves to feed fans what they want, regardless of how the parties involved might feel. He could have just said things did not work out and wished Kaplan the best and moved on, but no, let's create as many more issues for Kaplan as possible. Him saying KAP has a final say on the roster makes no sense; even if you have the best coach, you are the owner, and you should get the final say. And if you did disagree with him, fire him in the off-season; why half-ass it? ROB needs to learn how to control his mouth and just say shit right out. Do you see HASTR0 airing out about the INSPIRE situation? No, he highlights his skills and thanks him for his time. He does not, for example, go on air to talk about his ex-employee on their LCS stream. I will say this again: no one is mad about KAP being fired; the way things were handled is a disgrace.

You can hate me all you want, but this is the truth.

Respectfully, ROB, please hire a PR team.

Rob was the VP of Paramount. He has a good idea of PR, he don't need any PR team. He knows what he is doing

Drama is fine, but putting the coach that got you a trophy and the rookie that did nothing wrong on blast without taking accountability as an owner is kind of ass

We can, and we can also call him out when he doesn't take accountability. Why overhype the team if you don't like the lineup? Why, during the SEN CITY event, did they say MIBR offered ZACH more than he could afford if KAP wanted him off? Why not talk about the situation in their podcast? Why must you do it during LCS?

I dont think Tenz making Sen the most famous org imo. Sen was big cause they signed bugha back then when he won worlds and also signing sinatra the OW 2019 MVP so they been making big moves and signing before Tenz. I think TenZ was growing back then to and with sinatra dropped which was already a significant news signing Tenz who was a very fast growing streamer at the time it basically benefitted both and with his performance at Iceland too.

Who pulled a string to bring in Bugha and Kroenke?

Stan Kroenke and the LA Rams were the OG owners of the LA Gladiators when Overwatch League was around. They contracted Sentinels to run their esports operations. At the time, SEN wasn't a big operation, but they did manage to rep Bugha in Fortnite. There ended up being a huge disagreement between Kroenke and Rob Moore that went to court, and the sides parted and SEN went separate from Kroenke.

Agreed. Rob basically wanted to wait for SEN to fail so he could pull the "I told you I was right" card LMFAO. So odd

inb4 the “he has more money that you’ll ever have” replies

that being said dont think he’s a bad owner. if this new sen team becomes good or even wins, everyone forgets this but that doesnt make it ok

Zellsis- IGL
JohnQT- 2nd caller
Narrate- Dive dualist
Zekken- 2nd dualist/OMEN
Reduxx- FLEX

You want a political-like Org owner? not an honest one? i swear people always just want to hear what they want to hear. The truth doesnt matter anymore

Brother, truth matters, but how you handle it matters too. Look at ENVY and how they treated the INSPIRE situation, even though it was a far worse situation. There is such a thing as professional courtesy, which Rob is clearly not familiar with as an org owner. Bro, feed the fan what they want, and throw people under if it means the brand would look better.

you ppl think just bc someone goes on a tirade that it makes them 'transparent' but you just accept whatever slop org owner feed you bc you're not getting anything else. look at the former players who came out in support of kap tn. how many former players have you seen coming out saying kap was ass?

Yeah lowk, the things hes done to me and the other sen players couldve landed him an invite to prime epstien island.

I mean he put his trust in kaplan despite him and his staff not agreeing with what kaplan was doing with the roster because of kaplan's past success and then when what kaplan did was went wrong and didn't work out, it ended up making rob look worse in front of his staff and associates for not listening to them and instead deciding to stick with kaplan at the start of the offseason.

#28

So if you decided to follow it, then go fully through with it or fire him during offseason

#34

Saying Rob should have “fully followed through” with Kaplan’s roster moves ignores how leadership works. Rob gave Kaplan a chance and backed him despite internal disagreement. Once it became clear the roster wouldn’t work, course correcting isn’t hypocrisy, it’s accountability. Blaming him for being transparent about the decision is just misunderstanding how orgs are managed. And yes he could have phrased things and explained better, but he was live, on stream getting asked questions by twitch chat, so some bluntness and imperfect phrasing was inevitable. Which makes it sound like he was throwing kaplan under the bus when he probably wasn't trying to.

I mean rob did give us transparency and clarity of what actually happened. But I agree he should have taken some accountability of what happened. Ik it was Kaplan’s decision to let zekken go you can’t tell me Rob didnt have power to overturn it. He went from hyping the fuck out of the team on sentinels invite irrelevant off season tournament to throwing punches.

#29

I mean rob most likely would have had to fire kaplan to overturn the zekken decision since it was part of Kaplan's contract that he got the final say in the roster but I think rob wanted to trust in the kaplan that turned around Sen and won them a masters trophy rather than firing him which ended up causing this situation where he looks like he's throwing kaplan under the bus and lashing out for making the mistake of not firing kaplan after paris.

sounds like to me zekken was in the same conversations for the same role for a bunch of teams. rob didnt want to match mibr's offer for him and let zekken go him self. zekken went to where he was going to make money and thats the end of the story
