Because Champs implies trying to do good all year to make it there, you are most likely not making Champs if you are not qualifying for the other 2 events at least once. I mean it happens as with NRG last year but the whole year with CHAMPS Points for every game and event lead to CHAMPS. so saying that makes sense.

NRG is the exception not the rule, it only really happened because America's was dogshit last year and only Sen and G2 really acquired a ton of points and everyone else sucked so they were all even so they didnt matter much at the end.
