I mean team achievement is definitely a part of it, however igl or not this guy is dropping stinkers in 75% of his matches, and probably over/under 90% in internationals.

A team with players like Alfa, kajaak, chron and crashies should be winning trophies, making internationals is just bare minimum and he even fails to do that. Even Boostio wouldve won at least a trophy with these players.

I can see this, I think thats more justifiable as impact than just saying igling. Cause imo people glamorize igling when in reality most of an IGL’s impact is in attack rounds which is already only 50% of the game. On defense its usually what you practiced which comes down to a good coach and scrim routine mostly.

he has built every single fnatic roster and succeeded with them
could you perhaps replace him with an equivalent igl? sure, but i don't know who would be able to fill those shoes
all im gonna say is that fnatic is definitely terrified at the thought of that guy considering retirement
only igl on planet earth that can't call properly on 2 whole maps that've been in the game for years but he's the goat because cojo surrounds him with world class talent after the previous superstars stop wanting to play with him

also saying he can't call 2 maps (one of which the whole region doesn't play) yet he still manages to make international grand finals is a testament to his impact
gets carried by his shooters 24/7 and then in the final hurdle (int grand final) he manages to put out the worst performances of his career, his impact since Leo dipped has been forcing his team to play 4v5 when it matters most
