Am I allowed to use apac players or do they count as imports?

Apac count as import but if you find a tier 2 player with a chinese, taiwan, hongkong, or macao flag they are fair game even if they would technically be counted as an import

Agentpool, cryo's great but I hate having a team completely walled out from playing a certain set of agents because of the current meta. If meta shifts away from chamber/Veto then Cryo is going to struggle.
