Ghoul was the worst on the team and before he was kicked out of 2G this year he farmed several tier 2 teams from Brazil in the off season.
So, as a region in general, it is the weakest for sure, but there is no doubt that Lev Academy had several of the best mechanically gifted players in Americas t2.
