i havent heard of this but even if it is true, karate is not a good martial art for actual combat
it would be hypocritical of me to say my experience. if you have an equal body to her you will win with training, but isnt she like norweigian or some shit, shes prob taller and heavier than you as well. and in a striking sport you will be at inherent disadvantage if u lose physically and if you arent above average at the sport. weight classes and that
