Nah I don't seen any similarity in this one ngl. Not trying to be racist, Only Asians i find it hard to differentiate are Chinese(not all but specific region Chinese) and Korean ngl cause they have similar makeup style and also cause china has various ethnic groups. Japanese are rather easy to differentiate cause of how different their makeup style is.
And well other regions have very different looks comparatively.
Yeah I can differentiate other easily(some are more difficult) except for Chinese of certain region and Koreans as I said. And Japanese too who have make up and overall look similar to those Koreans and Chinese. Like I didn't know some Japanese kpop idols were japanese by looks when I randomly saw them in internet. Otherwise I can easily distinguish them apart.
China is a hard part cause of how diverse it is for ethnic groups.
