For example Can texture or anyone with the military service left to complete avoid it if they leave Korea and stay and play from another country? Like migrate with the whole family. Also what happens if an event is in Korea and after leaving Korea texture comes to Korea to play that event.

This is a very good ranking. Edg, fpx, wolves and blg would be my top 4 pick too and 4 teams to qualify for champs.
But xlg has lot of champs points so they can qualify too.
But cn has crazy potential for champs. Edg needs time, fpx and wolves have shown what they can be capable of. And blg is decent as always.

Also I think blg are like a firepower change away from being as good or better than fpx and wolves. They rely a bit too much on whzy mainly. Rushia has been really good too tho.
