Babybay aim decently enough and ha decent aim pool we can let them get comfortable with their roles and ig they makes top 10champs if nothing else

The Ceiling: Demon1 is a former Champions MVP. When he is "on," his raw mechanical skill is arguably the highest in the world.
Role Flexibility: While babybay has been playing the "vibe merchant" sentinel/duelist flex role, Demon1 showed at Champions Paris with DRG that he can still frag on Cypher/Vyse when needed.
The "Scary" Factor: Teams don't fear babybay’s aim; they fear his aggression. Teams actually fear Demon1’s crosshair.
The Argument for Keeping babybay
The G2 "System": G2 (with the old Guard core) is famous for being a "friendship and vibes" team. valyn has explicitly said that babybay was picked over Demon1 during trials because of his chemistry and veteran presence, even though Demon1’s buyout was a factor too.
The "Smeag" Factor: babybay is a massive PR win. He gets the crowd hyped, and his "run-it-down" style creates space that a more passive, precise aimer like Demon1 might not.

The VLR forums would absolutely explode if that move actually happened. We’d be seeing:
"Demon1 is back" threads every time he hits a headshot.
"G2 is finished" threads the moment they lose a map because "the chemistry is gone."
It’s the classic Firepower vs. Teamwork gamble. Most people agree that to win a second trophy, G2 is eventually going to need that superstar X-factor that only a few players in the world possess.
