Your stats are fine but KAST is bad. Improve ur entry success rate, or start playing more passive and smarter
just play ur most comfortable agent and go for as many kills as possible, if you hit a good winning streak with few mvps you will get a good rr bonus and rank up quicker. once u hit plat at least u can try to think deeper about the game
Rank is not correlated to skill. If you want to increase your rank then hire a booster. If you want to get better then spam the game.
Reaction time doesnt matter at all, if anything you need less reaction time than other guns because you only need to aim at the center of mass and not the head. And if you suck that means you just need more reps.
