I think its clear. Yoru has taken over the meta...
But question is, how to nerf yoru?
Because on 1 hand, we can go "i dont care, i want him basically dead" And remove a tp and flash. But then its like, you remove so much of his value...
So what im feeling... Make it so that the yoru flash is affected by distance you throw it at... Like suppose i throw it maybe 30m, it does 0.75s less in duration(obviously this isnt final and there can be other ways depending on the idea), that give yoru the same fundamental thing...
Except now i have actual reason to play someone like phoenix or a flash initiator.
Another idea... Dial down the duration of the tp and make it more visible(i think the current radius is 5m, make it like 6 or 7m), but make it move faster, so now, enemies have more opportunity to counter, but (and this BUT is very important). You also know what they know, that if your tp was destroyed sm1 was there in a rough radius of it to actually see it. And you can use that info, to predict what to do.
And it also plays into fakes, a yoru tp is known to be a very important part of an exec (especially in solo yoru comps) so you present the threat of a potential exec (yeah i know its the worst one, but you get my point)
A third idea... Is to simply range limit the tps and reduce to 1 charge, but instead, you do like a throwable thing instead, so you give yoru verticality. Think like a 40m throw range. And the duration lasts for like, 2 seconds longer than now. And in pre round like how neon slide exists where you have infinite for the duration of pre round. Same way for yoru tp.
