China's gap has been really massive. deLb has somehow sneaks into VCT CN for 3 straight years. In pacific, he would be a mid tier 2 player at most. At least in Americas, Pacific and EMEA theres been player rotations. In China, the bottom teams like AG and TYLOO has almost no improvements at all over the years.

This part just isn't true. They both went from struggling to win a single game to going 3-2 in Split 2 and making playoffs (albeit they did crash out immediately). To say they aren't improving isn't justified
