So I've been stressing alot lately and I suddenly grew a habit of clenching or bitting my teeth together but after like a couple weeks of doing it I noticed something it felt like there was a invisible block that was keeping the side of my mouth shut so I had to open my mouth really wide to get it to stop feeling like this but the main problem is when i open my mouth it makes a really bad cracking sound like i broke something inside (this is starting to happen every couple hours or so now where i have to open my mouth to stop this feeling and it makes the same cracking sound every time)
