- some teams are difficult to rank cuz i have never seen them play before like SLT
- some teams i ranked based on expectations and if they can live to the hype for example kru and vitality
- other teams are ranked based on potential like talon or lev
- places 5-9 are interchangeable except for maybe pacific where only the top 6 are good
- i turned the first list into an actual tier list to demonstrate my thoughts about teams
