Harbor is now a normal clove type controller just get used to it
he has a single smoke where u can control it for one ways and use it for hiding in site as usual just have be quicker
and a quick pop flash for delaying the rushes and punish them before u cant do anything to defend like other controllers.
they could just molly and spam the smokes and previously harbor cant do shit other than smoke.
that too on only one site where he was playing now at least he can use the wall and smoke the mains with omen range.
So, Harbor is dead just a different controller no need of cascade when we have duelist util to push people off no need of harbor to exist as a sole smoker who cant defend a site for few secs
