poppin is a 1.0 rated player which is fine, but they don't have anyone standout

Very good mechanically but overpeek a lot and some questionable decision making at times
put big bro curry in for ions place and get florescent until stage 2 then sub in canezerra and put rob moore at gunpoint for nightz
they should be able to hang, but don't expect them to be dominant like they were in tier 2.
if they had cane and ion maybe top 6 or smth but without them they might barely scrape into playoffs if that
If they had cane and ion they might be top 6 but without them I think they are for sure top 4 bordering making champs possibly winning to keep their slot alive for next year. In 2027 when they become available I think cane and ion will be ready enough and they could make runs or go back to back although orgs will want to dangle carrots above their heads if they arent locked into multi year deals
But a more tempered take is it depends on who they get to fill ion and cane's spots till june next year my personal guess is like top 4
