lifting heavy has to do with your general strenght, not your bodyweight

train more consistently, like at least 3 times a week. push yourself as hard as you can. make sure you're getting enough protein. at least 8 hrs of sleep a day.

Yeah but with rest pushing too hard can cause health issues

rest should go without saying. but if you don't push hard you're missing out on soooo much gains.

so your main problem is you dont feel that you are so strong as you look like?

with hitting certain weights, especially on bench, the two things that move it are muscle mass and technique. Either you dont hold enough muscle to move the weight, or your technique is bad. If your other lifts are decent and its benchpress that is lacking I would suggest looking into lifting cues that help you maintain good technique.

https://www.youtube.com/@panagiotistarinidis5004/videos - good advice from a very good benchpresser. (it is in english, i dont know how good the subtitles are for other languages)

But if youve been going to the gym consistently for 5 years, and still struggling to move up weights I would suggest start looking outside the gym for areas to improve. Diet, Sleep, Water consumption being the big 3 to look at.

Simple answer is you only get stronger by

  1. really pushing yourself in your workouts till failure
  2. Work out regularly enough
  3. Eat enough calories (especially protein)

There is no other miracle component. Its quite simple. At some point you reach your peak but you should still be far off that

For me its the other way around i look and am skinny (168cm for 50kg ) but i am really good at push ups and pull ups .
For push ups i can do 30 while push ups i can do 15 to 20.
So maybe you are not training the good muscles at the gym

So a couple of things. First, benching isn't really just how strong you are.

Bench presses specifically uses some stabilizers muscles that most other workouts (especially machines) aren't gonna build. So there is a chance you are strong enough overall to bench 80kg, but aren't strong enough to keep the bar balanced for that weight, if that makes sense. That will only be fixed by continuing to bench, but you'll see fast improvements.

Otherwise, you probably aren't eating enough protein. Muscles need protein to grow. For your height/weight, you probably want to eat around 65kg of protein per day for muscle growth. At least try to hit 60kg daily.

The gym I want to go is run by a dark/psychic trainer. What should I do? I don't know the counter.

Dark moves are super-effective against: Psychic Ghost
Dark moves are not very effective against: Fighting Dark Fairy

These types have no effect on Dark Pokémon: Psychic
These types are not very effective against Dark Pokémon: Ghost Dark
These types are super-effective against Dark Pokémon: Fighting Bug Fairy

Psychic moves are super-effective against: Fighting Poison
Psychic moves are not very effective against: Psychic Steel
Psychic moves have no effect on: Dark

These types are not very effective against Psychic Pokémon: Fighting Psychic
These types are super-effective against Psychic Pokémon: Bug Ghost Dark

You 100% want bug moves in your roster, because its super effective against both, so I'd either go with some bug types but ideal would be dark type with bug moves

Brother you need to bulk if you’re trying to get stronger. Less reps, heavier weight, and more protein. But be patient and prioritize form.

Muscle definition has nothing to do with strength but rather low body fat. You’re simply not pushing your muscles hard enough (heavy to failure) and feeding them (protein and good sleep for recovery) for your strength to build.
