Only way it makes sense is if chron asked for unreasonable amounts of money or they just have a much cheaper replacement lined up which idek who that would be if not lar0k maybe
Any option besides risking it on a young tier 2 shooter would be stupid asf for FNC icl. The only way you get a positive out of this situation is if you take the risk to find a future superstar like what they did with Kaajak. And theres literally only one obvious option for that.

It’s not a secret they are trying to cutting budget since last year
Fnatic are too poor and badly managed that’s why that fraud Sam Matthew’s didn’t want to spend any money on Chronicle and instead use it for their failed cs team or to invest in their LoL roster just to get 2nd place once again
