#1 Shahzam -- he has years of experience as an IGL and can actually still shoot back, he might get a bad rep for dumb drama in the past years but he is extremely solid as a player and has actually won a trophy.
I will die on this hill.

if he's good enough he should prove it in a tier 2 team instead of being slotted into a tier 1 team right this moment
I mean he is great but he hasn’t shown spirit to compete or we would have seen him grind tier 2. Maybe he is happy with content creation. Players who have been grinding t2 for years deserve more and I also like the new format from riot for 2026 where t2 team can get more compensation
For what I understand he prefers to stay in content creation instead of T2 since pay is very bad and Riot doesn't care about T2.
I kinda get it, since if any team is interested, they can always trial him straight up. But I do get the "spirit" point you're trying to make.
Funny cause your team could actually really use him, he is great at spotting talent too having spot Oxy, Johnqt, Sean Gares (as a coach for the 1st Sen).
With his experience 100T could build a really solid team.
I feel like he would be a player like rossy where the potential is there but his personality would cause internal issues
Interestingly enough, his teammates or coaches never had issues with him, it's just drama on ranked
