This is not aim but crosshair placement, if you wanna see good aimers watch scream, cloud and chronicle, also 7ssk7 has very good aim

Yeah, exactly, 1.5 sec per 1 hs won't work against players like leaf/scream/heat etc
It's slow, what makes you think it is smooth is his ping. Dude is probably playing with ~10ms, It's easy to play with this ping and to do target switch.
