Yoru being the best agent agent in two category of agent is braindead. You need either to make him weaker as a flash agent or weaker as a duelist.
My take would be to put flashes on the rechargeable slot and to make him have 1 flashes .
It's because of him that flash initiator are dying and that the jett is also dying.
This agent is good on every raze and jett map so we need a fucking change after champs.

he can regen the flash in the recheargable slot and maybe buff the flash if he have one like they did with the neon stun

i mean compared to the rest of the cast he actually is quite complicated, the skill floors of all his abilities are higher than basically every other chars excluding the gun abilities
you don't need 200iq but a brain and that's the good part there's sm skill expression, riot needs to add more agents like him

yoru is fine. its honestly just up to riot to either balance him by taking into account the flash initiators or to buff those agents. his flashes are 75% of the reason why he gets picked so much

i think they just need to nerf his defensive impact, his fast rotates are too strong right now so imo reduce the durations of his tps so its a use it or dont thing instead of a throw it and for the next 40 seconds you have 3 on either site no matter what cause right now a yoru with an op gets more defensive impact than any agent in the game, because he can hold a line and then if they hit the other site he can tp and either get onto site before the hit or help his team flood with flashes, its the anti avoid cned agent lmao.
also i dont think this would affect the meta too much which is good cause this meta is sick it would just reduce his strength a little
make the yoru tp last for only 15 secs that way you have to be way more mindful when you use it
The problem is the frustration, sometime the flash pop from nowhere because of the ult, the combo flash + ult isnt sane I think, but otherwise he is "okay"
yoru meta is fine for me, as it allows every team to run different kind of comps, in what year have we seen big differences like double smokes or ini on the same map? you see teams get results even without him, neon is being played, raze too, we see WAY more chamber, the meta diversity overweights the nonexistent oppression yoru has over the game
