The PRX map pool is kinda cooked with them not having played a single map of Corrode or Abyss
G2 are looking comfortable on both and will 100% pick at least one
The predicted Veto would look something like this

PRX ban Abyss
G2 ban Sunset
PRX pick Lotus
G2 pick Corrode
PRX ban Ascent
G2 ban Haven
Decider = Bind

That leaves G2 favored on Corrode, Bind and Ascent/Haven depending on bans,
and sure on paper PRX lotus is better but they have lost to RRQ and ZETA regionally on those maps
so it wouldn't be an upset if G2 wins Lotus as well.

The way things are looking
unless PRX just have an insane read on Corrode it will most likely be a 0-2 loss for them

are u sure g2 will pick corrode sure they won against t1 but their record on corrode isn't that good and picking it against a team who has not shown it could either be a masterclass or an absolute disaster I feel like they will pick ascent

Well the G2 Ascent is kinda figure out already since that comp cant attack for shit, I still think G2's Ascent are better but I doubt they would pick that against PRX

That's how the veto should go unless g2 pick haven into a waylay and yoru comp which looked strong in Pacific... or prx ban corrode and g2 ban lotus and haven remains... either way if it goes map 3.. prx are cooked coz g2 would have vods for lotus and haven or if prx have a secret waylay yoru comp on abyss. They win 2-0. Map 3 is 50 50 depending on veto... I prefer haven for prx and lotus for g2

Ascent has always been one of their worse maps. This is why they always bring a new comp for ascent to every international and then play it only till they get anti-ed.

their new comp is working perfectly fine they stomped rrq and MARGINALLY lost to GIANTX because they lost 2nd round on attack

I mean GX is arguably worse than G2 and PRX lost. I would give them worse odds. But, I suppose they still might leave it open as G2 has better maps to pick.

if your analysis of prx ascent against giantx was just "they lost to them so it must be a bad map" then i recommend you watch the games next time
not to mention NRG play completely differently and played the standard comp with a vyse

NRG played a Standard meta comp with Kayo JETT and still could win against G2 then why are you wafflin about 'prx vs giants' when giants played the exact same comp against prx and won despite winning them winning both pistols. Not to mention that G2 have a better comp with vyse instead of cypher which is better for a prx yoru comp.. ABSOLUTE 0 ball knowledge.. says he is a prx fanboy.. doesnt know their weak maps. ahahah
MOREOVER THE sage pick on ascent is only suitable for fnatic playstyle..
G2 are way more competent than current fnatic ascent and giants and will pick asc in their map pick first. ILL see you after G2 win asc and proceed to lose on lotus

im so looking forward to this match. G2 beat T1 this time since they lost to them in Bangkok. G2 lost to PRX in Torronto as well.

Let's see if G2 can cook again, because they are cooking well (if we ignore the Heretics incident)
