NS win is pretty big chance, boom??? maybe if they can fix their mental because they definitely clears T2 aim + skill wise
the thing is this year Apac ascension is bad because a lot of team withdraw their participation making talent development pipeline hampered
we have a lot of talent jobless + many talent flown to other region
so the consolidation is very bad for Apac T2 growth, so I wouldn't be surprise if NS and BME win again
100% Agree.. the fact that alot of SEA legacy team such as Alter Ego, Xerxia and MiTH exits the scene this year really hinders SEA talent development in general..
boom/full sense/slt/naos could put up a fight but I would say nongshim and motiv are the clear favorites
i'd give them like 40-45% chance for both of them to win ascension
Nongshim should be the favourite to ascend into tier 1. Unless nongshim does the most funniest thing and somehow bombed out of Ascension lmao..
Now for the other slots i think the favorite are BOOM, Motiv Esport and "gap" NAOS??
Sure VLT farmed india/SA similar to RNT last year but they bombed out Ascension with Dos9 and Sultan on the team..
Riddle Order does not really changed that much roster wise compared to last year, and their run in VCL JP are not stellar this year either.
Honestly i dunno about SLT but they're not Sin Prisa Gaming level so 0 expectation.
I think both Thai team NKT and FS are pretty mid. Not weak but not strong either compared to NS, BOOM and Motiv.
I have zero expectation for the rest honestly.
