Where are the people crying about the replay system not being good without even using it now ? This is a pretty solid version of it and they can always add the ability to use it in custom matches and downloading pro povs later.

Its definitely not useless. Also they can add all of that later. The hard part is done.
the reason people are complaining is because games like cs and overwatch had this on release. riot already made everyone wait 5 years for something needed in a competitive game like valorant, only to not make it actually usable in a way that 90% of people want it for.
Tbh if you only play for fun/ranked you have reason the complain but the pros saying it’s useless makes sense
tbh those of us who play initiator in ranked for some godforsaken reason can get a lot of use out of this, like it really helps visualize how much of a challenge your utility is posing for the opponent
because riot explicitly said that they will not give the ability to share replays. not can't or will but won't,
yeah and they also said they would preserve gunplay. ill give it less than a year till they buckle
It does feel weird that they didn't inmediately released with the option to watch vct vods. I'm interested in knowing what the logic behind it is, because it doesn't really make much sense
