i see the innovation and i could see the defensive setups cooking. Astra and Fade can help chamber get into really aggro off angles which i think would help this comp’s defense a ton with cypher holding passive info mid and a/b site. Retakes may be somewhat bad considering you don’t have much util. On attack it may be fucked though. 6.7/10

I'm not sure what you count as blue exactly so I'm gonna disallow anything that has navy blue as well

EDIT: After reading #5 my comp is now Waylay Fade Astra Harbor Vyse
I love the harbor as I think it has a lot of potential considering this map definitely needs double smokes. I also purposely left out harbor in #5 as I love saddhak. This comp would probably be really default heavy trying to control mid a lot with double smokes. I can see some nice waylay aggro reclears on defense with ur supporting util which could extract a lot of ur waylay’s potential. 8.5/10
Nah this is bias, you said no blue, Harbor is all blue

Also just so people know as per the original post, fade, chamber, cypher, raze, kj, astra, and waylay(A blue necklace) all have blue on their characters which makes them not usable
