even nadeshot said it on the stream
"well at least they did good last time winning the regional trophy, idk what happened."
bro might have forgot how many months ago that was and proceed to continue his valo q nonchalantly
We love our authorities, we never blame them when things go wrong. Thank god for stand up people like you who celebrate their success when they win and deflect blame when they lose. o7 you're doing gods work out here.
even if im a fan another team i don't like when some team just doesnt put enough effort to be competitive
Yes but because you're a child and don't know how organizations are run because you probably haven't even had a summer job, you believe the fault is the players. The actual fault lies with a man name Nadeshot, for hiring a man name JungleJuice, who signed a contract with Zikz until 2027, who hired the group of players you see playing for 100 Thieves.
Nadeshot and a bunch of influencers own 100 Thieves, so they can't be fired.
JungleJuice can.
Zikz can.
Responsibility lies with those in charge. Responsibility does not lie with those they employ. They made the decisions to hire them and every day they do not fire them is a decision Nadeshot, Junglejuice and Zikz makes. The players did not hire themselves and are not in control of their employment. Whether they compete or not means nothing.
If they are not worthy of competing they can be fired on the spot. California is an "at-will" employment state which means you can be fired without cause. Their contracts might say different but once again, the players did not draft their contracts, they simply signed them. If the 100 Thieves organization did not write a good contract to help them in these situations, it is on 100Thieves. The business of 100 Thieves holds the larger purse strings can hire lawyers to get them out of contracts. Players usually do not have a similar income stream to do such things.
So "put enough effort", your qualifying statement, starts at the top and works its way down. Nadeshot did not put enough effort into hiring the right person for JungleJuice's job. Zikz did not hire the right players to produce wins and ultimately is not a good enough coach to coach them to wins.
Players are not in control. People in control are the only ones who deserve blame.
They were masters/champs level successes but they were nevertheless successes
2020 100T built different
they won first strike and one of the team who started the plumbers era
I mean they got history and successes in valorant. The main issue is Nadeshot's ability to part ways with Asuna. He doesn't realise that it would be beneficial for Asuna as well as for 100T and might bring some sort of culture change. Also they let go of Jovi who seems like he is really good at bringing up the mental of players as well as creating a good team environment.
There's a few missing pieces being...
Put Cryo on Senti/Flex
Get a penny/timotino/reduxx or Pa1nt (ik people are gonna give me shit for him but he is really good just stuck behind BCJ)
Move Zikz to AC and get a proper head coach
And a culture change in the team.
Realistically the team should look like
Cryo (Sentinel/Flex)
Kess (Flex)
Eeiu (Recon)
Zander (Smokes [IGL])
Penny/Timotino/Pa1nt/Reduxx (Duelist)
Faded/MCE/Potter/AlexRr (HC)
Zikz (AC)
People keep missing the fact that tier 1 contracts are up after champs. Keep that in mind.
