Worst Team in Americas, been since the beginning of Franchising. If you are Management what do you do, reasonably?
Dropping the whole roster is reasonable but there is an argument for keeping both TuyZ and Heat.
My point is, what would you do?

quite unfortunate how vct could be so much fucking better if they relegate teams with 0 success and replace em with a t2 team
not only would that make the matches interesting but also create more opportunities for t2 teams
There is though. He has experience playing at the highest level. Who would be a better controller main that is from Brazil that you could pick up and wouldnt get nerves on stage. Do not say Pancada because he would never join Furia.
Khalil was mediocre, TuyZ is playing like shit but his peak absolutely dog walks Khalil. Better Investment.
get new coaches, how tf can you have so many talents in and out and be consistently dog shit
kick everyone starting from the head of valorant, the coaches, the manager and then the players cause blame management all you want these players arent that big of a deal either, they are mostly leftovers tried and tested by other teams which never worked out
new humble beginnings might just help them
people really just forgot furia 2023 huh. they were better than mibr in 2024 also.
Furia 2023 was something else and they still fumbled after looking so good this org is legit cursed man
confused why they dont disband and leave the valorant scene. fuck ethics these players do not deserve another dime LMAO
Keep Palla because he does have flashes of potential
Put heat on ini PLEASE
Try to get Basic’s Visa
Get Urango Adverso Tuyz out
Rehaul the whole ass coaching staff/management
Maybe sign Lz and some Brazilian t2 talent
why would they change the coaching staff? makes no sense, especially when he hasnt had A SINGLE GAME with his main roster
shaw is one of the best talent developers in brazil. sato and lukxo were nobodies when he got his hands on them
What would change if he did have his full roster? Would Furia become a middle of the pack team?
strawman. i am not claiming he would have great success if basic were playing. lets be mature bro
hes only been with his team irl for 3 weeks and not a single day with all 5 players. how can you possibly say any coach should be dropped so quickly and in such harsh conditions? most teams have months together before the season even begins, whereas shaw and kamino showed up mid season and only had so little time to improve
it makes 0 sense to drop him, because then they have to restart any progress they have made with their promising coach, which is even more difficult when they already have to go back to brazil to trial replacements
Furia's problem is spiritual. There is no solution, you could take a winning champions team and put it there and they would still not perform
I think it would be good if the 2 worst teams played for the slot, I don't think I wanna see another Furia year tho, 2g deserved better
In situations as bad as this you have to start with getting a very good coach.
They need an outside foreign voice like Frost was for them in 2023 because clearly something ain't going right internally in this org dawg
