Cause they have shit coaches and team system who can't utilize the players they get. We have seen sign of potential from players like gyen or syouta even. These orgs have such shit management and coaching.
get aspas (he's been drooling for that otaku land) and find some good/great int coach

Well it's cause esports is still a niche thing and not that big in every country. Also Japan was like a console nation for a long time and still is tbh. Also PC gaming only started getting big in like last 5 years. They just don't have the base or foundation for esports. Like you can see that with how bad the igls or coaches are in Japan.
