We haven't seen basic play yet, and if turns out to be even half decent, I'd say keep him and heat, kick the other 3, acquire spike and Lz from 2G if they get relegated, and maybe get mazin back as IGL (doing good on Los Grandes so far).

basic - Initiator / Duelist
spike - Duelist / Initiator
Lz - Controller

Actual competitive team if you ask me
