the fix is getting ther full team inside the US and having time for the coaching staff to fix this mess of a team for next year

It sure is, Shaw is the only hope for this team in the long term, not having him there sucks, plus basic is cracked and they are a new team. thet would lose regardless, but would be less ugly and they will only get better
