Then limit ur FPS to 400 and test if it stays stable during game, if it doesn't then look up some vids on how to optimize FPS

nah its better to go slightly above ur monitor refresh rate so for him 420 is better

I feel like you are too pressed about the numbers
What even is your monitor refresh rate? If you get an FPS number that is stable at that or higher number then you're fine bro

the thing is that its not stable i feel like the pc need some optimization to get the best performance

No like is it stable above 400? If it gets 1000+ in the range I can't see how it can't get stable 400 in a normal lobby

i mean its not
depends on the situation mid game

the lowest it gets is 290
highest mid game (no util) will be around 430 depends on the map also

Bit of a yap:

that's odd, are you on low settings?
also try to have as few background apps open as possible
I also found this thing called "Lossless Scaling" the other day it's basically a frame generation software, I tried it on my weak ass laptop and it actually helps and it doesn't compromise quality too much
But it does add a little input delay for me so I dunno how it would be for you, it's quite cheap on Steam so try it if you want ig

I have a 7800X3D and a 7900XT and get above 400 easily, with util and everything. U gotta watch some optimization vid for sure
