bro the documentary gives so much info he was pretty much getting criticized well in matches for his shooting but it comes off as very rude and just kills the vibes it seems to have been primarily buzz doing this at least he was the worst in the documentary and they failed to have any conversations to resolve this issue because none of them actually listened to what sylvan was saying so they pretty much just blamed him for their problems and have picked up a replacement.

Its mostly individual mistakes, they only critized him for aim at the beginning, it got more towards tactics as the documentary moved on

It was their perma ban so he gave them a comp and a strat to take a main on attack, on defense they should win with "willpower" surprised they got so far on it

true but autumn has a point, you can always win maps through willpower its one of the defining things about esports
momentum is king and you can say what you want about his tactics, he took players that would choke those situations in DRX and you have to give him a tiny amount of credit that they stood strong even while visibly raging on stage
some people say its carpe that fixed the mentality - idk, but autumn shouldnt get this much hate, at a certain point its the fault of the people running their valorant esports, because how do you NOT realize how shit his tactics are
If he gave them 1 singular defense setup they wouldve won on abyss. I think the not choking came from meteor whos won a throphy i mean he lit carried them on split. And the mentality was doomed from the start, carpe did his best to fix it

i honestly think its normal to rage like that since its a competetive game shits happens. abut buzz is pointing the mistakes on sylvan too much especially in that split part where izu whiffs an op shot then sylvan didnt get the trade. I hope that buzz will fix that attitude tho i know he wants to win but he needs to be calm and thoughtful abt it.
He kind of just needs to learn how to deliecer criticism better, and maybe search for the mistake by himself
Some people don't deserve to win trophies and BuZz is one of them sadly...
