no, its a theory that suggests that at any point that you die your consciousness is transferred to a parallel universe where that event didnt kill you. its based off the many worlds interpretation of quantum mechanics and if it is true (very big if its completely speculative) you would never die in your own perception but you could die in other people's perspective for example
