Sakura herself might not provide value to team seven through her skills, but she stands as a moral pillar for Naruto to achieve his goals. Like when Sasuke left the village, Naruto’s initial goal was to bring him back BECAUSE of Sakura, although later in the series Naruto genuinely wanted to bring him back.
