EWC will have a larger prize pool, back to back matches (bringing momentum and testing mental/endurance), 16 of the best teams, and equal footing since they will all compete at group stage.
It may or not have better production and a larger audience but can we argue that this might be a more competitive tournament?

more competitive, probably - considering teams have had longer to prepare for post-tejo meta and the quality of the teams
however ewc will never be bigger than masters, both in my eyes can be considered major tourneys but 6 day schedule with 28 matches is insane as well
I would like to think that EWC will be more raw. The prize-pool alone should give teams enough motivation for them to be hungry and it will be interesting to see teams find ways to adjust with the short amount of time they are given between matches. Also back to back matches work really well in a game like valorant since it’s so momentum based.
nah. imagine 5 years from now. would u rather be able to say 'x' won ewc or a masters?
nah but its gonna be fun to watch, pretty sure many teams will be testing stuff for stage 2. Some teams will take ewc serious too
every master aids you in getting to champs, this is legit an off season event, probably the biggest one, but an off season event nonetheless
definitely not more prestigious than a masters, but teams will still try their best to win just for the prize money and experience
