prx and map bans

both of their prev int finals prx have come from uppers with 2 map bans and pissed away the first map which was also their pick. with presumably haven and ascent banned (banning haven arguably favours fnatic) prx will keep pearl in the pool which they have 0 prep against fnatic for while arguably only being favoured on sunset (lotus is a tossup). cooked?

Fnc perma ban pearl theyir sunset looked bad, thats 2 maps the 3 left in the pool id say are a 50/50 while id favor fnc on icebox

If you watched the game you should know that their Sunset was actually bad particularly on attack. It was only close because of individuals and bc Sen fucked up a fair amount. And prx's Sunset is better than Sen's

It will prolly come down to split and lotus. If one team can manage to win on these two they have a really high chance bc fnatic wins icebox/ascent and prx will prolly win sunset. Pearl could get interesting bc if fnatic have something there they only need to win split/lotus same goes for PRX

heres my unbiased take (as an emea fan):

prx > fnc on lotus and sunset

fnc > prx on ascent, icebox and split

havens a bit questionable since fnc were looking like the best haven team before this event, but look terrible on it now; going 0-3 i believe? (or 0-2); as of the recent fnc performances on it though, im leaning more towards prx, but who knows... if we see the fnc from before toronto, they stomp with the double duelist comp

pearl is a bit of a question mark too since prx look pretty mid on the map, having a record since the start of the year being 3 wins and 3 losses; whereas fnc have only played it once this whole year, winning it; so no one knows if how good or bad they may be on it.

ok so like they played pearl once against navi and they were SHIT. only won from clutches. prx should win this comfortably if they ban ascent and haven.

prx > fnc on sunset, lotus, icebox, pearl,

fnc > prx on split, ascent, haven.

fnc arent necessarily good on haven its just that prx prolly have like really low prep as they always perma ban it.

well tbh fnc has dominated every icebox game, stats-wise no?

theyve only played it twice this event and both were very convincing (13-9 vs sen, where no one but zellsis had a positive kd- he had a +1 btw.. and a 13-4 vs wolves); do i even have to say any more?

also both kaajak and chron on sage look like the best sage players on icebox; better than jawgemo anyone else by miles

PRX is better at: Sunset, Pearl

Bans will be: Haven & Ascent/Icebox.

in my head, ascent and haven get banned.
Sunset - PRX
Icebox - FNC
pearl - Prx
Lotus - could go either way but i think prx will have momentum from the last map and close it out here, but could easily be a FNC win
Split - both teams look INSANE, would be a banger map 5, whoever pops off more takes it, Alfa + kaayak VS jinggg and something game depends on those 4

PRX ban Haven and Split. PRX select Pearl, FNC select Ascent, PRX select Sunset, FNC select Icebox, Lotus Final Map. PRX need to win Pearl and Sunset. Cause they have no chance on Icebox and probably Ascent. Their Lotus looked decent and they have a chance at map 5 but I would prefer if they can win by map4 which is not gonna happen cause FNC are gonna 3-2 PRX for sure no cappa
