Autumn couldn't do anything worthwhile with a roster until he got a literal korean superteam despite having the clout of the T1 org and all their money behind him. And even then their wins have been scrappy and off the backs of their strong individual plays rather than good coaching prep.
Truly good coaching is something like what Potter or Termi do with their rosters. Potter has turned absolutely terrible rosters into dark horses and Termi manages to find and develop talent like nobody else.
Autumn was spoonfed experienced korean veterans buzz and stax and insane t2 prospects like iZu in addition to one of the best players from last year in meteor and barely managed to scrape his way to the easiest international trophy while outright refusing to use the most broken agent in the game. Meteor has said that he had to verbally ask autumn to just tell them what site they should hit in a timeout because he was spouting some shit like "win your gunfights, be confident." This guy is a massive fucking fraud of a coach.
They aren't frauds imo, just very lucky because they all peaked at the PERFECT time
autumn being a fraudulent in stage 1 and t1 are still shite meteor cannot save them
