Recommend fragrances that women love on men.
I don't like strong citrus notes on myself.
Prefer: wood, spices, vanille, amber. Stuff like that.
Oh and no nuclear bombs. It shouldn't be disturbing. It's for uni/library/closed rooms/home

Price doesn't matter

I have ysl l'homme and la nuit the l'homme.
bleu de chanel is too mainstream imo.

I have tried like 500 fragrances and this is my current wishlist:

Niche:
Matiere Premiere Radical Rose
PDM Layton
Xerjoff Starlight

Designer:
YSL La nuit de l'homme
Dior Homme Sport
Bleu de Chanel EDP
Chanel Platinum Egoiste
Dior Sauvage Parfum (Underrated gem, everyone knows the EDT or EDP but parfum is criminally slept on and smells pretty different from other concentrations)
JPG Le Male Elixir
Armani Stronger With You Absolutely
Hugo Boss Bottled Elixir

I own or have tried and planning to buy all of these, it's my top 11, it's my personal preference but I recommend trying all of these. Now for the notes you said you like, on the left is easier to wear while more right are fragrances that are a bit less mass appealing, more challenging.

Wood: Dior Homme Sport (Citrus/musk/wood), Hugo Boss Bottled Elixir, Sauvage Elixir

Vanilla: JPG Le Male Elixir, SWY Intensely, SWY Absolutely, Spicebomb extreme, PDM Layton, Xerjoff Starlight, MMM By The Fireplace (burning vanilla wood), PDM Herod, Initio Absolute Aphrodisiac

Spices: Dior Sauvage EDP/EDT, Sauvage Elixir, La nuit de l/homme le parfum, amouage interlude (incense spice amber, will knock you out if you haven't tried it before)

Amber: Most fragrances have some, but if you want absolute peak amber look into MFK Grand Soir.

So:

I've tried some of here and I also have some in my possession.
Niche: Haven't smelled them, though I wanted to try layton. U didn't write it I think, but xerjoff nexos for example is not for me at all, how is it compared to starlight?
Bleu de chanel kinda too mainstream, I have la nuit de lhomme (bought years ago). What's the diff from sauvage edp/edt to parfum?
I never was a fan of hugo boss
Thought about JPG Le Male
I don't know amouage interlude, I've tried reflection and that was really nice, but also not what I currently need, that's too much for uni. More of a date night type shit, but yeah that needs time still lmao.
I will 100% try MFK Grand Soir next and some others u listed.
Is spicebomb like nuclear in projection and sillage, or is it suited for uni/library. Don't wanna smell like a parfum bomb.

Be careful with phthalates on some fragrances, I love Versace Eros even with it, shit is goated.

Myth Mystery for Him,
Versace Eros
Lafa Maher Legacy Silver (Lafa overall goated)
Chic for Him.
Has for Him.

From someone that has a 50+ collection of niche and designer, I got you bro.

Ignore the people that mentioned Sauvage above, unless you want to smell like an NPC, the only one worth buying is Sauvage Elixir and even then I don't think it's all that.

Xerjoff Naxos - Honey, Lavender, Bergamot - incredible projection without being intrusive and lasts all day
Penhaligon's Halfeti - Grapefruit, Oud, Rose & Woods - Literally smells like nothing else, pure royalty
Fragrance Du Bois Lucius - Citrus, Amber, Tonka Bean - Deep & complex while still be versatile enough to wear all the time
Ex Nihilo Blue Talisman - The fresh goat. Literal compliment magnet and will have you feeling like you're laying on a beach in the Mediterranean
LV Ombre Nomad - Personally I think it's a tad overrated but it's still heat. Might be a bit too strong from what you were saying you wanted though.
Maison Francis Kurkdijan Grand Soir - Someone else said this already and they're 100% right, Amber & Vanilla Banger
Kilian Angels Share Paradis - Personally I like it more than the original Angel Share, I think it's more refined and easy to wear
Initio Side Effect & Psychedelic Love - Both bangers, Side Effect is a bit more well known, but imo Psychedelic Love is the better, already rebought it once and I'll continue to every time I run out

I could mention literally hundreds more, so if you want any more feel free to hmu on discord @switchrr & I could probably even get you some samples from my personal collection

smelled xerjoff naxos and it was really not for me. (the top note, coz I'm not a fan of strong citrus notes)
I'll go try a couple of them next week and will give my feedback.

Am I just too broke or some of these are like actually quite expensive?

Naxos = £205
Halfeti = £215
Lucius = £295
Blue Talisman = £260
Ombre Nomad = £320
Grand Soir = £185
Angel Share Paradis = £295
Initio's = £245 each

Yeah they're kinda expensive, my argument to myself is always that they'll last a long time so break it down into how many months it'll last then it's not that much
