Swiss Stage Round 2

I'm looking into who will go 2-0 for my pickems in the toronto swiss.

Are the drawings for the round 2 matches of swiss stage random or is it a system

If its a system is my assumption that its the day one winners fight each other and the day 2 winners fight each other correct (because if so SEN are gonna go 2-0 they curbstomp mibr and wolves is in the nicest way possible not a good bet)

there was a spreadsheet made a while ago on how they arent actually randomized but im sure how to find it (or what the results were), but i think its (winners of each game) first v last and 2nd v 3rd but idk

and then its first v second and 3rd v 4th for round 2
