I doubt it, they probably won't be adding any additional settings/ scaling options in game.
I'm sure I saw something once about them not wanting True Stretched in a competitive environment, but I could be wrong
I think I have read something similar too a while back but I can't really remember the reason
Also it wouldn't require an added setting or anything but just make the current settings work a bit differently (basically work the way any game like val should work)
Would require you to be able to select your aspect ratio + potentially scaling method, but you can override the latter in Nvidia anyway
you can already select the ratio, but you have to select between a limited number of options, I personnaly don't run under Nvidia so having strecthed is way harder and a bunch of ways are potentially bannable
Can you? I'll be real I don't know the last time I looked xD
Device Manager method for True Stretched works across Nivida, Radeon & Intel I'm sure
I don't think so
A lot of the time it's an intentional choice made by developers to not allow true stretched
coming end of July, they said just better framerates, better graphics and faster patch installs
how will this affect ppl who play on pentium and integrated graphics and barely scrapes 45 fpss
Please no, true stretch is an aesthetic abomination. And if all pros feel like they have to play it, viewers inevitably have to watch it sometimes. Keep it out, it does not need to be part of the game.
lmao how? it's only bad looking if you play on low res but that's not different from a normal aspect ratio
no they purposely made it so that stretched fullscreen does not stretch the actual game and only the UI
i wish they did though it would make true stretched less annoying to do every time you launch the game
