more openness

  • partnership will remain a key component (I interpret this as them reducing the amount of partnered slots)
  • they want to bridge the gap between tier 2 and tier 1 in better ways (I guess this would be allowing more tier 2-tier 1 tournaments like tixinha, although quite ambitious, I'd like to see if they're willing to maybe have another ascension tournament mid season)
  • give more teams the opportunity to compete at bigger stages (maybe referring to 3rd party TO's)

more flexibility

  • more competitions, formats and event locations

(this one is kind of vague tbh)

more ecosystem moments

  • global events will remain the same, but they are looking to change things up for regionals (hopefully this means they are open to moving the regional leagues year on year, or even stage by stage if I'm being optimistic)

Not at all I don't even mind the current system. But that's basically grabbing like the 3 main concerns and saying "we'll fix them", great, well, thanks, I would hope so. They didn't explain any of the "how" they're gonna do that, they didn't say anything basically

Its quite literally a nothing burguer. Instead of addressing the complaints and sharing a solution, they just said "We are looking into it" like they said in 2023/2024. Three years since franchise and a record of orgs leaving but they are still looking into it
