I don’t think SUP would have been directly involved because this is a very big bank in Turkey its like a TSM and FTX situation
Its nothing like tsm/ftx, Papara is majority owner of the Supermassive and Supermassive is one of the eight companies that got detained by goverment. Also its not a bank its a FinTech company
in fairness to whatever company it is, Turkey isn't exactly the cleanest place in the world so the charges if any could be entirely a move to force someone into doing something they don't want to
