How am I stuck in Silver?

I have been stuck silver for some reason guys
I think I am good at other game (Faceit lvl 8 in CS) but somehow I am stuck in low rank in valorant, when I ask reddit for help they give 0 good advice.

I get you play senti and might be holding a site alone but you need to play more safe and behind your util more probably

single digit kills in silver might be time to call it wraps

Your HS% seems quite mediocre, if your reaction times are as good as you say then having a good crosshair placement (been said like a billion times I know) will really help you get kills

as well as what hhide said, you need to work on crosshair and hitting headshots. from your tracker, your hs% is quite low, which is not very good. i think your problem is youre applying cs shooting tactics (more about spraying and spray control) to valorant, which doesnt have the same principle of shooting (headshots on most weapons kill/almost kill you in one shot, which is probably what youre dying to. playing deathmatch and focusing on trying to hit headshots will probably be your best bet to improve. this seems, from your tracker, like your only real problem. you arent swapping roles to fit other people, youre doing everything else visible from your tracker right, its just the headshots you need to work on. once i fully fixed that (as well as more gamesense as i played more), i got out of bronze and almost to plat, and i think you can do the same.

apart from what everyone typed here.. why would you chose sage on pearl with a cypher on the squad.. i think its the worst agent in the pool of sentinels with maybe being useful on 2 maps of icebox and split.. basically your knowledge of the game/meta and your mechanical skills are all pretty trash

Focus on bursting and counter straifing with good crosshair placement

Watch Radiant VODs.
Learn movement, learn how to deadzone.
DM/TDM more often.

After that:
Aimtrain a bit before games / do some 10-15min routine in practice range after games.
Learn more Cypher setups.

Don't forget:
Trade your teammates, if nobody wants to entry on attack, try to lurk.
Don't be aggressive alone without info, dont dry swing chokes, but also don't be a p*ssy Cypher main who can't peek.
