If someone wins the EWC, do you think they’re on the same level as a Champions winner?

the ewc itself is lan
but the qualifiers that decide for 3rd and 4th are online
Vct qualifications is 5 weeks of lan games and the ewc qualifications are all online and much less games. Not to mention the fact that most of the teams aren't even here. This shit is mickey mouse no matter how big the prize pool is. Saying ewc is comparable to masters is just wrong lol.
i was just correcting you
im not saying its comparable to masters
and 1st and 2nd seed are qualified based off of vct stage 1
My b, I didn't specify but I was just talking about the qualification games. Also, it doesn't matter who is invited if all the teams are not available to play and compete in qualifiers, then it's mickey mouse.
Toronto winner then SHOULD HAVE NO DIFFICULTY defending their masters title. Sweep EWC EZ or FRAUD allegation.
maybe if everyone tries their best and treat it like an official LAN but other than that its probably not
Of course not EWC is a tournament to enjoy without any pressure its like a filler episode that is fun to watch
I think comparing it to champs seemed too out of reach, masters does make more sense though. Some of the orgs could benefit heavily from this prize pool
I'm sorry but there's simply no way it compares to a champions event in anyway no matter how you see it
I’d consider it the same as Masters, maybe slightly less. The prize pool is super large but I don’t think it can carry the same prestige as Champions which is Riots version of the ultimate trophy
Masters, Champions, EWC are all the same shit. Just that people hold champs to higher regard because it is the last event of the year
No, but after a team winning EWC, they probably would buyout some of the best shooter in that region
