It's about money, he is insane and NA teams would do everything to get him, I feel like 100T can offer him some insane contract.
He will definetly get an offer from NA and he has to think about it. As a pro player, you have to think about many things like "What if my game die" "What if i start to underperform". Most NA pro players will just start streaming since its easier to get audience in NA. So me personaly, I would definetly consider NA offers in his position. Also NA gives insane money.

Definetly imo. I think what would more likely hold him back are personal reasons (cuz moving from one continent to another can definetly be difficult).
